Community Infrastructure Levy: Consultation on detailed proposals and draft regulations for reform – December 2011

The Government has consulted on draft regulations including details on the Neighbourhood Fund element of the Community Infrastructure Levy.

The Neighbourhood Fund is intended to give Parish and Town Councils control over how it wishes to spend part of the Levy on improving community infrastructure within the area where development is to take place.
