If you are offered an award, your organisation will have four weeks to accept the award and claim the payment. You should take time to read the terms and conditions of the grant before accepting the offer.

In order for us to release the payment, you must submit:

• Your referee declaration form
  
• The BACS form
  
• Any evidence of partnership funding.

Payments usually take up to ten days to be released and you should plan to submit your application at least twelve weeks before the project’s start date.
