Biography
I got into basketball through a school -teacher
(Mr Atkinson) giving me a chance, I was a bit of an all rounder and
he thought I needed something new to try.
Who was your biggest influence?
My friends and families have always influenced me in my life as
a whole not just sport. And seeing people that didn’t have the same
opportunities and influences that I had, made me always strive and
give 100%.
What is your proudest moment?
The first time I was selected for my country
What is your tip for young people wanting to take part in
sport?
Believe in yourself and not others, if you want it bad enough
you’ll work for it.
What is your favourite food?
Tiger prawns and salad
What is the best piece of advice you have been given?
Regret what you do and not what you don’t. If you don’t try, you
will never know
