Improving satisfaction
Improving satisfaction
The analysis of satisfaction in local authority-relevant sports
clearly demonstrates the drivers of satisfaction: the challenge for
the sector is to use these insights to inform improvements in the
sporting experience; in particular, with limited resources and
strategic commissioning of services, the role of quality and user
satisfaction has come to the fore.
Sport England held a seminar with colleagues from NGBs, leisure
operators and local authorities to pose the question of how should
we approach the issue of satisfaction in sport. Three presentations
from the day neatly capture some of the challenges around
satisfaction and some of the practical ways in which partners have
responded.
